All accommodations must meet our brand and quality standards. We can review specific hotel requests; however, campgrounds, hostels, certain luxury resorts, and overnight coaching are not considered.

Every custom group is accompanied by a professional Tour Director, fully briefed on your group’s needs, interests, and expectations.
Planning Your Custom Tour
A few important things to keep in mind when planning a custom tour:
Group Size
Custom itineraries are designed for groups of 20 or more. For best value, we recommend 30–35 passengers.
Net Rates
Custom tours are quoted at net rates. Rebates, complimentary spaces, or commissions may be added by the requesting party. If we process client payments, commissions and fees can be incorporated into the quote.
Turnaround Time
Because custom itineraries are built from scratch, quotes take longer than brochure tours. Once all details are received, our sales team will guide you through next steps. Timing varies by destination and itinerary complexity.
Deposit
To proceed, a signed Land Policy and a $1,000 deposit are required by the option date listed on the quote—typically within two weeks of receipt.
Promotion Timeline
For best results, we recommend requesting your itinerary 6–12 months prior to departure to allow time for marketing and promotion.
